The name of this Disney kids show about live-action Belle?
I recognize this show on Play House Disney when I was little about a live-action spin-off of Beauty and the Beast, where Belle had a fascinating book (that may have also been from one of the B&TB sequels) where she read stories with specifical morals
How to get kids back on school-year sleep schedule
‘Go the (Expletive) to Sleep" is not virtuous a hilariously profane, viral children's book parody, it's the (unspoken, we hope) end-of-summer cry for parents whose junior high school-age children including my own have gotten used to staying up late and sleeping in.
I realize that I've brought this upon myself. Am I a abominable parent for letting my teenage daughter stay up till 3 a.m. singing along to the tunes on her computer, jumping around her space playing video games and memorizing dialogue from popular tween-age TV shows extensive after I've conked out?
Probably. But it's summer, and you only get one childhood.
Still, as back-to-school day creeps closer (it's Aug. 22 or Aug. 23 in Austin-square school districts), I wonder how we're ever going to get her back on a schedule. The dread is enough to make a parent contemplate on home schooling. We could start lessons at 1 or 2 p.m., right after lunch — er, breakfast.
Saw wood is important, says Dr. J. Brian Kang, medical director of the Sleep Physiology and Neurodiagnostic Laboratory at Dell Children's Medical Center. The "Rest Lab" diagnoses and treats sleep disorders.
