I would not buy one of his cookbooks, you just bought in his name that unfortunately does not even belong to him more. In addition, you may get better recipes online people who understand more than she does. It would be the same with Rachael Ray cookbooks.

It might not be to hand in French...This would only be done if there was a market for Paula Deen in France...and I do not believe there would be...I dont think the French have quite embraced American eats as a whole.and certainly not southern style c

Is it illegal for a bakery to sell cupcakes using a recipe from one of Paula Deen's cookbook?
That was by the skin of one's teeth an example but I mean can a place sell food from a recipe that is not theirs?
How would anybody recognize? But no, it's perfectly legal to make food from a cookbook.
