iCAD Enters Into Settlement and License Agreement with Carl Zeiss (ICAD)

ICAD (NASDAQ:ICAD), Xoft, a root owned subsidiary of iCAD, and Carl Zeiss, Meditec and Carl Zeiss Meditec entered into a Settlement and License Agreement pursuant to which Carl Zeiss Meditec granted to iCAD an immutable non-assignable, non-sub- licensable license to patents to make, use, sell, offer for sale, let out, lease or import, in each case, in or into the United States, Licensed Products, and to include Licensed Products in supply and serve agreements, according to a regulatory filing.

The parties agreed to dismiss the action inconclusive in the United States District Court of Delaware and iCAD and Xoft released CZM, its affiliates and absolute other related parties from any and all claims, rights, causes of action and other damages and liabilities in kin with the Licensed Patents and/or the dismissed litigation.
