how can i get movie posters from the theater, do i well-deserved ask? someone told me they raffle them off. or what about shops in LA any mom and pop style places around town that happened to have some?

I don't recognize about where you live but around here they're all too happy when someone comes and takes them from the dumpster area before the trsh collection gets to them. It costs them big bucks to pay to have them hauled away. All you have to do

Does anyone recall if they give the movie posters/stands/wallhangings away? I want to give the indiana jones one to my friend.

Yes try customary to the discount theatres where you live at..I work at the movies and we dont give out the posters/movie stands, we send them to the brush off theatre. You have better chances of getting them there than at a regular theatre.

Where can I find vintage Hollywood movie posters?

I am currently re-decorating my bedroom and I decide the vintage Hollywood theme because I love old movies. I am looking for vintage movie posters, so far I was only able to find three at the stores (Casablanca, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Mairlynn Monroe

As mentioned before, allposters.com has thousands upon thousands of movie posters (and posters of other types). You can pick up frames almost anywhere, but IKEA has slight beechwood frames that can be painted.

Medvedev in mystery super hero poster chafes Kremlin

MOSCOW — A insoluble poster depicting Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as Captain America, a spare kid turned comic super hero, appeared Tuesday in Moscow causing Kremlin irritation.

Wearing a pitch-black leather jacket and leather gloves, the Russian president is shown in a spoof movie announcement for "Captain America: The First Avenger", a movie which hit US screens earlier this month.

The words "Captain Russia. The First Ruler" are emblazoned across the Moscow broadside.

Instead of a shield the comic superhero holds in the movie poster, the Russian president is depicted with a elephantine iPad in his hands.

The Kremlin and the government have been touchy about attempts to hijack the images of Medvedev and Prime Vicar Vladimir Putin.

A Kremlin official, speaking on condition of anonymity, called the limit "some sort of stupidity."

The Captain America movie tells the story of a skinny kid who is selected for a top arcane process which transforms him into a hero with the body of a Greek god who is sent on a mission to fight against the Nazis.
