Which lens should I buy, Tokina 11 - 16 Or Tamron 17 - 50?

I'm going to buy the Canon 7D, and I debate between the Tokina 11 - 16mm and the Tamron 17-50. Clearly the Tokina lens is wider than the Tamron, but I'm not sure how to get to the goal line of work I do.

For weddings, the fundamental concern is low light you want to be looking for fast lenses (f2.8 or faster). For the quintessential work, rapid onset of zoom is ideal - I use 50mm f1.8, 85mm f1.8 and 24-70mm f2.8 for studio and working environment.

What wide angle lens to chose?

I wanted the get the Tokina 11-16 (Canon mount), but prices have gone up substantially. I am thinking of a second hand lens (not digital), loosing the autofocus does not upset me much...
However, I do not know anything about post-digital lenses...

Directions focus FD mouth lens will not fit your camera--that's about all you need to know. Stick with EF or EF-S lens and it will travail fine with yours.

Which one of wide ultra lens?

Tokina AT-X 12-24mm f4 Pro DX or Tokina AT-X 11-16 f2.8 or Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 EX DC HSM or Canon EF-S 10-22mm f3.5-4.5 USM?
Which one should i get lens?
Why? Can you determine me which one better of lens?

That f/2.8 looks discriminating...if it were a better brand I jump for it. If you're cool with the knock-off brand, go for that Tokina.
