Frequently Asked Questions

I own a Nikon D60 and using the kit lens. What do you recommend if I want to buy a zoom lens?

Is this 3rd marks function as Tokina, Sigma or Tamron? Or is it better to opt for Nikkor lenses ..? I am a newbie in photography from .. Thank you.

If you appetite to complete your current objective and want more magnification I would buy 55-200 VR Nikon 55-200 zoom or non-VR if you're on a budget. FYI the two lenses are sharper at 200 mm more expensive Nikon 18-200 mm in passing.

Nikon lenses are more intelligent ... ever, both in design and construction. They contain proprietary chips, connections and other third lens designs that no-receipt may have.

Lenses of others, Tokina is the best of the breed.

i want to get the Tokina AF 28-70mm f/2.6-2.8 AT-X Pro II

but my firends says that it is better to get 3 prime lens ( 1 canon 24mm f/2.8

There's some genuineness in what your friend is indicating. Prime (one focal range) lenses are usually "faster" (wider maximum crevice) than zooms, and primes also yield greater image detail and have less aberrations that cause a certain rank

Are Tokina, Oswala, Hoya and Sakar considered legacy lenses?

(I have no perception if I spelled any of those right).

But I was talking to some guys who rave on and on about how cheap their off brand zooms are, adapted on digital. But I don't advised of, something seems wrong about putting these

Tokina or Tamron or Sigma, Wide or Tele?!?

Hello! So heres the riddle: I am a 14-year-old photography enthusiast, my birthday is coming close and I have managed to talk into my parents to let me buy another lens to add to my pretty "Beginner-ish" kit. My budget is:USD $400-$550, GBP

I have a Nikon D5000 with F mount, is there ANY lens adaptors so I can use old Canon and Pentax Lenses?

I'm 17 and i'm getting a palpable passion for photography, I bought myself Nikon D5000 but i'm starting to feel limited by the 18-55mm cows lens.
My mother thought she'd be helpful and gave me her old SLR lenses,
One Canon standard 35mm

This article should accept the blame for your question:

Ask your mom if you can sell her old lenses and use the money to buy Nikon lenses.
