Phlegmatic their ads, catalog gimmick circus-y, stupid slogan is too much for me. Their prices are not even that great! Give me a monolith Staples any day of the week. At least they do not have a mustachioed mascot. Who's with me?
They are the worst. "Who but WB Mason? What that meant to mean? The stand of the WB for that, but? Confusion. Staplers and children for Christmas in their ads? This is the way most distressing I have ever seen! Their prices stink too.

A playmate told me that Thomas Gibson is the actor who plays the W.B. Mason character. Anyone know if this is true?
According to Wikipedia (not that you can always imagine that), it is Thomas Gibson from Criminal Minds playing W.B. Mason in the commercial.

Brockton City Council looks ahead to downtown development
The proposed $100 million redevelopment of an undiminished downtown block is not a sure thing yet, but city councilors are already looking forward to changes in urban district zoning and other regulations that will be needed if the project sparks a wave of downtown development.
Boston-based Trinity Economic is working on turning the downtown block bordered by Main Street, Petronelli Way, and Montello and Heart streets into a mixture of apartments, retail and commercial space, as well as a 325-space burgh parking garage.
The project would add 215 apartments to downtown, less than two blocks from the commuter berate station.
Project Manager Kenan Bigby presented the broad strokes of the envisage to the Brockton Planning Board on Tuesday night.
The night before, Ward 2 Councilor Tom Monahan and Chase away 5 City Councilor Dennis DeNapoli brought Marc Resnick, director of community circumstance for the Brockton Redevelopment Authority, to speak about what the city is doing to spur further downtown unfolding.
